Delivery of MR tanker concludes fleet renewal

The delivery of medium range (MR) tanker LUCTOR on 30 November 2011 marked the conclusion of our existing new building programme. Joining sister vessel TURMOIL which entered service in the previous month, LUCTOR can in addition to the usual petroleum products cater to a growing demand to carry a selection of commodities categorized as chemical. The name LUCTOR has in the past featured on two Transpetrol ships.

The company’s current fleet consists of modern ships all built and delivered directly to us by leading shipyards in Korea and Japan, and at the end of 2011 the fleet has an average age of just under four years.

Welcome to the fleet and good luck!
